Hovedstadens Letbane I/S will hereby, with reference to previously announced Periodic Indicative Notice (2019/S 022-048867) inform that the expected and overall time schedule for the upcoming Road Traffic Signal System tender is adjusted.

The expected and overall time schedule is as follows:

— publication of the tender documents: Q3 2019,

— pre-qualification of applicants: Q4 2019,

— submission of tender(s) and negotiations: Q1-Q2 2020,

— award of contract: Q2 2020.

It shall be stated that this notice is a service information only, and do not form part of the tender procedure.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

 

Purchase and installation of new road traffic signals for the Greater Copenhagen Light Rail comprising signal controllers, signal masts and heads, traffic detection equipment, and an online central system based on an open communications protocol. The signal system shall be based on traffic actuated controls with priority requests for light rail vehicles. Installation works includes cabling and connection of the signal system, whereas the civil works contractors will place foundations and masts during road works. The new signals shall be installed as road works concludes in each junction from 2020 through 2023. After installation service of the signal system is required through the light rail construction time and first years of operation (until 2028 expected), with further years of service optional. The servicing comprises 24/7 monitoring and swift response to alerts within specified response times.
