Banedanmark (Rail Net Denmark) hereby invites interested suppliers of contract management software solutions to this Request for Information (RFI). The objective of the RFI is to develop an understanding of appropriate and relevant contract management software solutions and providers.

Banedanmark wishes to procure and implement a contract management software solution to digitally support management and maintenance of contracts throughout their lifecycle. The purpose of the software solution is to enable Banedanmark to manage and monitor contracts both pre- and post-award.

Banedanmark would like to encourage interested suppliers to identify themselves.

The desired contract management software solution must support management of complex contracts related to works, supplies and services by up to 200 daily users (licensees). Banedanmark has more than 500 active contracts at any time and generates, on average, an annual spend of approximately of 7 000 000 000 DKK (900 000 000 EUR).
