The tender concerns a framework agreement concerning aptitude test for undergraduate admission to the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Faculty of Health at Aarhus University, including an option for establishment of remote proctoring.
Aarhus University uses an aptitude test in order to evaluate applicants that does not fulfil the grade point average criteria for enrolment to its study programmes. Aarhus University uses the aptitude test to identify the applicants with the best academic aptitude.
The aptitude test demanded is characterized as a cognitive test in multiple choice questionnaire format, which measures the ability to reason within different academic areas.
It is of great importance that Aarhus University achieves a high quality online aptitude test. Consequently, it is important for Aarhus University that the tenderers have high standards for reliability, validity and execution of the test.
The agreement runs for a period up to 3 years from signing the contract.

Appeals regarding the award of the contract must be received by the Complaints Board for Public Procurement 45 days from the day following date of the publication of the contracting authority's notice in the Official Journal of the European Union that the contracting authority has entered into a contract.
