Acquisition of a Agilent Assay Map
The Agilent AssayMap platform is a flexible liquid handling solution for the full range of life science applications. It easily automates new or existing workflows to increase throughput, walk-away time and data reproducibility. This robot will be included in our proteomics workflows to enrich for post-translational modifications, including phosphorylations.

It easily automates new or existing workflows to increase throughput, walk-away time and data reproducibility. This robot will be included in our proteomics workflows to enrich for post-translational modifications, including phosphorylations. We intent to use this instrument for technological development of proteomics workflows as well as for clinical research, where, we will measure proteins from various patient samples.
Section IV: Procedure
- The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons
The Agilent AssayMap platform is a flexible liquid handling solution for the full range of life science applications. It operates with our specific mass spectrometry-based workflows and, tailored for our pre-processing, input amounts, enrichment needs and post-processing steps. We have tested this specific platform extensively in our sister laboratory at MaxPlanck institute for biochemistry, Munich. Using our materials and setup, we can acquire 10’s of thousands of phosphorylation sites in a highly reproducible and time-efficient manner (data not shown). We want to mirror, end expand, these results at CPR in Copenhagen. This robot will be included in our proteomics workflows to enrich for post-translational modifications, including phosphorylations.
