IV.1) Description

IV.1.1) Type of procedure

The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

The equipment are able to characterize the different core materials, inductors, and transformers at different frequency (10 Hz to 10 MHz sinusoidal, 10 Hz to 1 MHz square) and fulfill the standard IEC62044-3. The test items includes B-H curve, excitation current, induced voltage, magnetic field, magnetic flux density, magnetic field strength, relative permeability, core loss, impedance permeability, complex permeability, loss coefficient, inductance, resistance, impedance, quality factor, total harmonic distortion, and so on. the equipment are also able to test the inductor in a DC bias current above 30 A. It is necessary that the equipment is also compatible with our existing power amplifier NF bipolar amplifier HSA 4101. Otherwise our research in the field will be significantly delayed.
