The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

Aalborg University department of energy technology needs to purchase laboratory equipment used for magnetic component characterizations and power analysis of the high power circuit for X-Power project. The equipment should majorly be able to fulfill the following requirements:

1) Current sensor phase shift function which enable to realize to maintain accuracy even in high frequency, low power factor power measurement up to 2MHz;

2) 10 ms data refresh rate while maintaining maximum accuracy, making all measurements independently while performing simultaneous calculations;

3) Has not only harmonic analysis, but has FFT analysis function which enables steady/instant noise analysis;

4) Includes the current sensor which has 3ch inputs and can be directly connected to power analyzer, with 50A±0,02 % rdg. ±0.,05 % f.s. basic accuracy and DC to 3.5MHz band width with defined accuracy up to 1MHz;

5) Includes the current probe which has 3 ranges in a single probe 30 A, 5 A, 0,5 A with wide band DC to 120 MHz (-3 dB)

AAU Have only found that 1 product can fulfil the above requirements.
