The research in the group plant food and climate department of food is focused on the understanding on how planter react to complex reactions to climate conditions such as temperature, light, humidity, so we need an advanced chlorphyll flourescence system with fully controlable programable measurements with full range of chlorophyll fluorescence measurements.

Portable chlorophyll fluorometer for measurements on leaves and suspensions; with USB- and Bluetooth interface; to connect leaf clip holder with mini quantum/temp.-Sensor 2060-M. Featuring red measuring-light LED-Array (630 nm), red chip-on-board power LED-Array (630 nm) for continuous actinic illumination (max. 5 000 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR), saturation pulses/multiple turnover flashes (max. 25 000 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR) and

Saturating single turnover flashes (max. 125 000 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR; adjustable between 5 and 50 μs); with LED-Array for continuous blue light (max. 800 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR) and far-red light for selective PS I illumination; max. time resolution of 10 μs. The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

The market for chlorpphyll fluorescence is divide into ‘low’ end very portable fast units (PSI, while the high end is Walz instruments as they are the inventor of the standard measuring protocol for pulse modulated fluorescence. We have current equipment from Walz, PP system and PSI, but only the high end models from Walz can do full quenching for both PSII and PSI fluorescence without external light source and run both on a small panel or a PC.

We have extensive experience with different models for chlorophyll fluorescence from different companies, but for sure the only product that fulfills our requirement is a PAM2500 from Walz instruments.
