DONG Energy Wind Power A/S has carried a thorough market assessment which shows that only EWE GmBH has a direct access into Tennet Substation in Hagermasch and hence is the sole possible supplier DONG Energy Wind Power A/S can request the service of providing data connection between this substation and our Operation and Maintenance building in Norddeich. EWE GmBH being the only supplier having the necessary infrastructure in place in the Tennet Hagermasch substation and hence being the sole supplier able to combine offshore activities with our onshore Operation and Maintenance facilities.

VI.3.2) Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals The deadlines are provided in the Danish Act no. 492 of 12.5.2010 on enforcement of the public procurement rules (only available in Danish). The deadline for complaints is of 30 days from the day after the day of publication in the Official Journal of a notice that the contracting authority has entered into the contract. The complainant must notify the contracting entity in writing of the filing of a complaint with Klagenævnet for Udbud (The Complaints Board for Public Procurement) at the latest when he files the complaint with Klagenævnet for Udbud, and the notification must contain information about whether the complaint is filed in the standstill period.
