We wish to buy a high resolution infrared spectroscopy system capable of simultaneously providing topographic imaging with nanometer-scale resolution, infrared spectroscopy and IR imaging with sub-wavelength spatial resolution. Resulting IR absorbance spectra can be directly related to FTIR absorbance spectra, allowing for straightforward interpretation and are searchable against existing IR spectral database libraries, thus linking chemical information with topographic information.

According to the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2004/18 / EC, Article 31. 1, point b, the University of Copenhagen believes that the Anasys NanoIR2 system is the only system that can simultaneously provide topographic imaging with nanometer-scale resolution, infrared spectroscopy and IR imaging with sub-wavelength spatial resolution.Anasys has the exclusive patent licenses relating to the generation of nanoscale infrared spectroscopy and mapping Anasys products are covered by one or more of the following patents in the United States: US5248199, US6095679, US6260997, US 6405137, US 6200022, US6491425, US7977636, US8001830, US7497613, US8242448, US8177422, US, 8418538, US8402819, US 8387443, US 8533861. Other patents pending. Anasys products are also covered by one or more of the following foreign patents: CA2225315, CA2247868, GB2332949, JP3229329, EU0572164. Other patents pending.

NanoGeoScience is focused on doing research on natural samples, in particular investigating the interactions between interfaces: organic and mineral. Key to this investigation is the get chemical information on nanoscale, since natural surfaces are always heterogenic down to nanoscale.

VI.3.2) Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals A complaint against the contracting entity who, in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Directive No. 2004/18/EC, Article 31, has decided to award a contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union must,in accordance with the Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules, etc. § 7, para. 3, be filed to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board within 30 calendar days from the day following the day on which a contract notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules, etc. defines in § 3, para. 1, point 1, a standstill period of 10 calendar days from the day after the date on which the voluntary ex ante transparency notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Latest at the same time as a complaint is lodged to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board, the appellant shall in writing inform the contracting entity about the lodging of a complaint to the Danish Public procurement Appeal Board, and whether the complaint has been submitted in the stand still period. In cases where the complaint is not submitted in the stand still period, the appellant must specify any suspensive effect of the complaint according to The Danish act on enforcement of procurement rules § 12, Para. 1.
