II.1.4) Short description:

The Danish Ministry of Defense Acquisition and Logistic Organisation (DALO) and the Chemical Division under the Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA-CD) plans to tender a contract for the purchase of analytical instrument(s), which are to be used by the chemical division under the Danish Emergency Management Agency (DEMA-CD) for screening/analysis of explosive compounds in post-blast forensic investigations.

The analytical instrument(s) will have to be able to perform a range of tasks, amongst others:

1) screening of personnel and dogs,

2) post-blast sampling at the blast site,

3) chemical analysis for remaining explosives on the exhibits.

The above-outlined tasks are described in greater detail in this request for information.

The purpose of this request for information is gathering information from all the potential and interested vendors on the market. First and foremost, DALO is interested in finding out whether the potential vendors are able to meet our initial requirements.
