Purchase of an Automated Protein Crystallisation System to Aarhus University
Aarhus University puts out to tender the purchase of an automated protein crystallisation system to Aarhus University.
The automated crystallisation system will be used for screening of initial crystallisation conditions with the aim of structure determination of relevant proteins and other macromolecules in research.

The automated crystallisation system will be used for screening of initial crystallisation conditions with the aim of structure determination of relevant proteins and other macromolecules in research.
The specification of requirements for the automated protein crystallisation system by this tender is provided in Appendix 1 — Specification of requirements.
Foundation funding:
This purchase of equipment is in accordance with a separately obtained funding/grant. See clause 19 in the contract.
If a longer warranty period than 12 is offered, the duration of the contract will be accordingly.
The purchase is published in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Udbudsloven) § 191, because this contract has a total estimated value below the EU thresholds, but are considered to have cross-border interest.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
The delivery must take place no later than 18 weeks from the date of placing the final order. The installation of the instrument must take place no later than 14 days after delivery has taken place.
To fulfil the obligation concerning delivery the supplier must perform an acceptance test of the products. The purpose of the acceptance test is to ensure the compliance with the specifications offered by the supplier.
