Course (3 days):

In the course, you will be trained on how to perform better and worry less as a leader. We take the starting point in your actual (middle) management position with international employees spread across geographies. 

We will work with tools that can improve your international management and leadership performance, and while working on your own case, solving an actual current issue involving your employee(s), you will also learn from the experiences of the other course participants.

You will learn:

• Leading from the distance – what’s the difference?
• Management tasks (instrumental, emotional, representative).
• Understanding cultural differences.
• Leadership communication in different situationsLeadership is also an employee responsibility.
