Central Denmark Region is planning the procurement of an automated dispenser solution. In that regard The Central Denmark Region would like to invite potential tenderers for a technical dialogue on this topic.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Central Denmark Region is building a new hospital pharmacy on the same location as Aarhus University Hospital. The new hospital pharmacy is expected to be in operation in October 2023.

The Hospital Pharmacy requires an automated dispenser solution with technology to load, store and dispense medicine packs inclusive software and conveyor. To avoid exclusion of automated dispenser solutions due to inadequate requirements, Central Denmark Region has chosen to host a dialogue for potential tenders.

The dialogue is based on the following agenda:

1. Welcome and brief introduction.

2. Review and discussion of preliminary requirements specification – possible shortcomings and amendments.

3. GMP validation, FMD verification and IT interfaces.

The preliminary requirements specification with sub-appendices as well as requirements according to GMP validation are available in the online CTM system, EU-supply.

The technical dialogue will take place at meetings between interested tenderers and representatives from the Hospital Pharmacy and the Dept. of Procurement & Clinical Eng. The meetings will take place on 6 May 2021, 7 May 2021 and 11 May 2021 and will be held by video conference.

Registration must be submitted to Public Procurement Consultant, Jeppe Bruhn Pedersen, by e-mail jeppe.pedersen@stab.rm.dk no later than 23 April 2021. After the last registration, further information will be sent out on the time of the meetings and details about the video conference.
