II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) intends to acquire a number of handheld VHF radios and accessories for the Danish Navy. The radios will be used on all vessels and by supporting workshops.

This acquisition will supplement the range of VHF-radios, accessories and interface equipment already in operational use by the Danish Navy.

As part of the preparation of the tender regarding acquisition of VHF-radios and accessories DALO would like to gather information about the current market. The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to understand how the best possible tender can be arranged for both DALO and the economic operators.

Therefore, DALO will encourage every potential economic operator to seek the opportunity to answer/participate the RFI and hereby help DALO with clarifications, delivery form and other questions, that DALO desires your input/opinion on.

All interested parties are encouraged to participate, also if they are only able to answer a part of the RFI. The RFI can be found on the webportal Ethics - please see the link in this notice.
