Kommentarer til ændringer | The procurement procedure will be conducted as an open procedure with negotiation. The procurement procedure may comprise two phases: an initial tendering phase and possibly one or more round(s) of negotiations followed by a final tendering phase. All economic operators may submit a first tender in response to the contract notice. If DSB choose to conduct negotiations, DSB will select 3 tenderers for the negotiating phase based on the tenderers’ initial tenders. The selection will be made after the evaluation of the initial tenders in accordance with the evaluation model, cf. the advertisement conditions. Thus, the 3 tenderers, which will receive the best evaluations, will be invited to participate in the negotiations. However, DSB reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender, and tenderers cannot expect that negotiation rounds will be conducted. -- The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender will be identified by evaluating the tenders on the basis of the best price- quality ratio based on the following sub-criteria: • Price (50%) • Quality (50%) |
