DALO has decided to discontinue the tender procedure as no suitable offers have been received. In accordance with section 28(1)(e) of the directive 2009/81/EC on the coordination of procedures of the award of certain works contracts, supply contracts and service contracts by contracting authorities or entities in the fields of defence and security, a competitive procedure with negotiation without prior publication of a contract notice has been intiated with the participant of the negotiated procedure with prior publication of a contract, who submitted a tender in accordance with the formal requirements of the procurement procedure.
