II.1.4) Short description:

DSB needs to be able to react faster and more agile to the changing market for railway. Planning and operation of trains and staff are important parts of the improvements needed in order to fulfill this need.

In continuation of this, DSB invites relevant suppliers to a market dialogue in order to gain greater insight to potential solutions in the market.

The market dialogue will take place at DSB, Telegade 2, 2630 Taastrup, Denmark between 30.4.2018 and 11.5.2018.

A second round of dialogue-meetings might become relevant.

VI.3) Additional information:

DSB will as a maximum hold 8 meetings with 8 different suppliers and the meetings will be booked continuously. However, the meetings will not be booked based on the time of received request for participation, but solely at DSB's discretion. Each meeting is scheduled to have a duration of 3 hours (primarily 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM). Request for participation shall be submitted through EU-Supply, tender id 183104, no later than April 27th, end of day. DSB will answer all requests as quickly as possible and submit an individual invitation to the selected suppliers. In addition to the request for participation please state the number of participants.

The uploaded document "Marketdialogue_Future Planning Platform" contains questions to be discussed during the meeting, however please submit your answer in writing 2 days before the meeting.
