The purpose of this tender is purchase of 1 automated, integrated inverted microscope system for transmitted light microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, and spinning-disk confocal microscopy. The system will be used for live-cell imaging as well as FRET and low wavelength ratiometric imaging. The purchase also includes computer, software and training.
