The object of this tender is for The Danish Broadcast Corporation (DR) to enter a Framework Agreement, whose focus is updating the various digital services by personalizing the user experience for DR's online Visitors thereby creating a unique and better personalized user experience. The tender is also expected to accommodate a growing need for online testing and planning to take DR's digital experience to the next level.

The first lot is targeting a personalisation solution for DR's different streaming services and is intended to work together with our chosen front-end-service provider.

DR intends to enter a contract with one (1) Tenderer.

The Tenderer's technical capacity will be based on the submitted references and the Tenderer must therefore be able to document its experience by references. All references must include the listed elements. Tenderers which do not meet the stated minimum requirement stated below will not be evaluated.

Requirements for the references to be relevant:

— Contracts of similar nature: the Tenderer must include a description of references where the Tenderer has delivered their standard recommendation solution (service) to a customer of similar nature. The reference must include delivering a solution comparable to the description in Appendix 1 for Lot 1 respectively Lot 2 (depending on which Lot the tenderer is interested in) in and precisely showing how the related user stories in Appendix 2.1 has been delivered to the reference.

— A reference should furthermore describe the delivery, hosting, support and operation, which provides DR with insight to the way the delivery was made, as well as information regarding integration to the reference's customer's backend system.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

At least 3 and no more than 5 references of relevance.
